| Job Description: |
Building relationships with and gaining the trust of partners and/or leaders in the market, demonstrating an expert-level ability to collaborate via those relationships toward high-value sustainable business opportunities at existing and new clients. Developing strategy and generating thought leadership, including writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management that include the following: presentations on the spectrum of services to potential clients that lead to the development of client engagements; change management plans and/or project plans; practice methodologies and tools; whitepapers; and/or other standard business communications. Maintaining and leveraging existing networks of contacts to generate revenue opportunities with corporate and private equity firms Demonstrates leadership in building out a practice of high performing individuals that is market-facing and technically-competent in complex and capital markets accounting Teaming with Partners to drive financial and operational success of a business practice and acheive practice goals |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
9 year exp with public accounting backgroound, CPA a must. Demonstrates expertise of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS and related financial reporting concepts and rules. Prefer individuals who have had public and are now in industry in a role utilizing technical accounting skills. Experience with M&A, IPO, etc is a plus |
