Salary Range: 100,000 - 110,000
Total Compensation: 110,000 - 120,000
Job Description: Most important to the company, advanced modeling skills a• Support the CFO/Vice President of Finance with all Treasury and Finance related responsibilities and projects, as directed. • Cash Management. • Develop processes and systems to determine daily cash position. • Oversee the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual cash reports. • Manage debt obligations and lender relationships. • Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions. • Develop a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities. • Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with treasury policies, accounting guidelines, governance policies and internal controls. • Developing financial management tools to forecast the company’s cash and net debt positions and to analyze cash flows and overall treasury position. • Prepare monthly bank reports and month-end cash/borrowing account closings. • Evaluating and monitoring Accounts Receivables, inventory and asset balances. • Provide financial and management analysis for the CFO and other management. • Recommend and implementing improvements to current cash management processes. • Timely and reasonable forecasting of short and long-term cash, debt and interest positions. • Ensuring appropriate compliance with internal controls related to cash, debt and equity management. • Optimizing use of cash to maximize interest income and minimize interest expense. • Evaluating and recommending cash management initiatives, changes to bank relationships and day-to-day treasury operations. nd experience with debt covenant.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's, Certified Treasury Professional, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in finance and treasury; strong treasury background. • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Knowledge of capital and currency markets, accounting, finance and tax. • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Expert knowledge and experience of complex financial analysis, forecasting and planning. • Understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments and bank account management. • Strong project management experience leading, advancing and implementing business processes and procedures with minimum supervision and direction. • Robust leadership experience. Proactively brings difficult issues to the table and challenges others to think broadly. Direct reports are held accountable for driving execution, monitoring results and tackling problems directly and in a timely fashion. • Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity skillfully. Reaches decisions with effective timing by using solid judgment and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: If someone is really sharp, 5 years exp will do...however, they are really pretty open on exp.
