| Job Description: |
Must have formal credit training and at least 3 years of Commercial Middle Market credit and underwriting experience. Partners with assigned Relationship Managers to manage Commercial Banking credit account relationships. Grows revenue by retaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Companies with revenues from 30– 500 million and target deal size is $5-$25 million. Responsibilities include: underwriting loans, spreading financial statements, managing an assigned credit portfolio, managing credit risk, and adding value by making timely and appropriate responses to prospect or customer credit questions. Secondarily, provides customer service, participates in joint sales calls with assigned Relationship Managers and identifies cross-sell opportunities. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
-Complex commercial lending experience with exposure to commercial middle market credit deals of 5 million and up -Thorough knowledge of credit policies, procedures and terminology - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills - Well-developed negotiation and networking ability |
