| Job Description: |
Build and improve upon reporting capabilities in accounting, including inventory and COGS controls, using Great Plains software. This is a 3-4 month project requiring temporary relocation to the Ventura area of Southern California (housing provided). |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Experience in Great Plains (required); experience in implementing manufacturing modules (inventory, COGs, billing & materials) highly preferred • Strong experience in consumer products manufacturing, ideally in food manufacturing and distribution • A successful track record in implementing effective managerial reporting processes within a manufacturing/distribution environment • Experience in high growth environments, including both large and small companies • Proven ability to effectively manage staff and resources to meet project deadlines • Strong experience in accounting, including internal controls, as well as financial and managerial reporting • Currently living in or willing and able to commute to Southern California for the duration of the project (3-4 months) |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Ideal candidate will have prior Controllershp experience and recent experience in implementing Great Plains in a consumer products manufacturing environment. |
