Small community bank with strong leadership is looking to expand its sales force. While some of the big banks are suffering, my client is playing to their strengths, expanding their community relationships, and growing! If you live in Fairfield County, work with a local book of business and are ready to be a part of a winning team, keep reading.OPPORTUNITY: In a market where everyone is being cautious, you are encouraged to lend and bring in new clients. Use your business knowledge, your strong credit skills and your networking expertise to help small and medium sized business buy new equipment, expand via new construction or increase their lines of credit. Manage and massage the entire lending process from business development and loan origination through structuring and close. Have a $2M lending limit and work a multi-town territory in lower Fairfield County. Collaborate with the Branches to share leads and cross sell products. Utilize your own resources and contacts in the area to develop new business and break into new industries. Opportunity for advancement into a leadership role. You must have expertise in both C&I lending and Commercial Real Estate lending to qualify. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Looking for candidates with ties to Fairfield County. Having contacts in the area and formal credit training is required. Experience with C&I, construction, SBA and term loans. |

Candidate must have high energy, competitive drive and a strong need to succeed. Will consider candidates with 2+ years experience. |
