the user has the option of posting their career profile/resume
information anonymously into our database without
the user's name, street address or home phone number
as well as using "Not Disclosed" to replace identifying
information in your resume.
nbn-jobs.com offers free, personal job search registration
to users. By registering, users can enter their job
search criteria and information into our database
for daily matching between job search criteria and
the jobs posted daily by affiliated members to the
jobs database.
nbn-jobs.com tracks user traffic patterns throughout
our site. But this tracking is never associated with
individual users.
nbn-jobs.com uses any information voluntarily
given by our users to enhance their experience with
our site, whether to provide personalized elements
on the site or to better prepare future content
based on the interests of our users.
As stated above, nbn-jobs.com uses information
that users voluntarily provide in order to match
users with jobs that are available with our affiliated
members. And occasionally we send out emails that
let users who have registered know any changes we
are making to our site. We send out emails to let
users who have registered know that they have a
personal job search match or that their resume is
about to expire.
When we use tracking information to determine which
areas of our site users like and don't like based
on traffic to those areas nbn-jobs.com does not
track what individual users read, but rather how
well each page performs overall. This helps us continue
to build a better service for you.

our affiliated members better understand our audience.
We do not share information about individual used

independently responsible for ensuring compliance

Only those NBN employees that have a legitimate
business purpose for accessing and handling personal
information by us are given authorization to do
so. The unauthorized access or use of such information
by an NBN employee is prohibited and constitutes
grounds for disciplinary action.
Additionally, our information management systems

employees from accessing information that they have

Our affiliate members are responsible for processing
