| Job Description: |
Internal Audit is responsible for validating that key internal controls implemented by the Firm are adequate and effective. IT Auditors focus on controls both for applications and infrastructure used to support the business processes. Job Description: Head of Technology Audit for this division, managing a team conducting application and infrastructure audits. The individual will: - Manage relationships with senior management in technology; - manage and develop the team; - maintain the audit universe; - conduct continuous monitoring; - plan and schedule audits; - manage budgets and resources for completion of audit plan; - oversee audit execution including preparation of draft audit reports, review of work papers, participate in discussion of report with management; - provide input for quarterly reporting to audit committee; - complete any other tasks required for effective functioning of the department. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
-12+ years of IT Audit experience from a Financial Services/Brokerage Firm. - 6+ years of experience managing a team. - Proven ability to manage audits independently and in partnership with business auditors including multi-location and complex audits. - Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with senior management. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work in a global team. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Additional skills beneficial, but not required. - Knowledge of retail brokerage operations highly preferred. - Bachelors Degree (Computer Science or IT related) highly preferred. - CISA, CISSP or CPA certification highly preferred. - Programming skills preferred. - Experience across both mainframe and distributed environments. - Works towards team goals. - Willing to share knowledge with the team and develop the team. - Ability to multi-task. - Strives to implement innovative ideas. |
