| Job Description: |
The BCG group focuses on: GSA Schedule consultations. Direct and indirect cost rate structure design and analysis (including preparation of a comprehensive forward pricing model). Preparation and negotiation of equitable adjustment and termination claims. Strategic pricing assistance, analysis of Request For Proposals (RFPs), and preparation of cost proposals. Interpretation of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as well as preparation of Disclosure Statements. Interpretation of Small Business Administration Rules (SBAR) and regulations including minority participation requirements of the 8(a) and SDB programs. Review and development of policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts and pricing. Bid protests. Mergers and Acquisitions/Due Diligence. Responsiblities Manages client relationships. Supervises Staff and Seniors in the BCG group. Implements and designs Accounting Systems. Provides direct and indirect cost rate structure design and analysis (including preparation of a comprehensive forward pricing model). Prepares and negotiates equitable adjustment and termination claims. Provides strategic pricing assistance, analyzes Request For Proposals (RFPs), and prepares cost proposals. Interprets Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Prepares Disclosure Statements. Interprets Small Business Administration Rules (SBAR) and regulations including minority participation requirements of the 8(a) and SDB programs. Addresses compliance issues related to the Service Contract Act . Reviews and develops policies and procedures related to accounting, contracts and pricing. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience with FAR, CAS or other government contract experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to be both a leader and work well in a team environment. Strong problem solving/analytical skills. Must be self-motivated. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must have experience with FAR, CAS or other government contract experience required in a consulting environment (candidates from government entities or corporate entities will not be considered), CPA highly preferred Local Candidates only, no relo available ...Ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience & must be a US Citizen Experience Requirements US citizenship required. BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance required. Advanced degree or CPA strongly preferred. 7-10 years professional experience. Working knowledge of basic office technology (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word). |
