| Job Description: |
This person will be responsible for all of the company’s international cash management and operations; to include: • Bank relationship management, international and domestic bank account setup, • Cash flow management (long and short term), • Cash management (deposits and payments, sweeps and funding), • Investment management (portfolio strategy, broker relations, retirement plans), • Capital management (capital raising, acquisitions & funding, letters of credit, tax-based strategies, leasing arrangements, shareholder activities such as dividends, • Risk exposure management as far as foreign exchange, commodities, and energy are concerned. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BS in Finance, Business, or Economics Required; CTP, MBA or MS Preferred • 3-5 years management experience (5-10 years total experience) • Solid experience in standard Microsoft products with advanced technical skills in designing and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets • Lawson and COGNOS EP/BI • Exceptional organizational, analytical and research skills as well as the ability to conceptualize more complex business issues and develop processes, procedures or solutions are required. • Ability to develop expertise and knowledge across functional lines of business that impact the department and integrate new business processes, procedures or solutions into current operations. |
