One needed for Middletown, NJ and One needed for NY,NY Title: VP HEALTH CARE LENDER Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible, under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, for the administration of all assigned account relationships, and for the development of new business for the bank. - Maintains close customer contact to ensure continued satisfaction, and to follow or anticipate additional financing needs. - Negotiates properly structured and priced credit facilities in consistent with the bank's credit policies and lending practices. - Oversees the preparation and issuance of Commitment Letters. - Attends loan closings to ensure loans are properly closed. - Oversees proper handling of customer transactions such as advances, payments, wire transfers, etc. - Ensures that the bank is in possession of current financial information and that the information has been properly analyzed and on file, and that proper and complete credit files are on hand. - Will need to drive own vehicle to and from loan closings, various community functions and for soliciting business. - Will be calling on Physicians practices Sr. Citizens Homes Hospitals solid knowledge of L/C needed etc. Requirements: Must be able to source New Business and do the underwritting and credit for the deals Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Required Experience Two to four years related experience. Driver's License required. Healthcare Lending experience a must |
