10247 Middle Market Relationship Manager Job

Location: CA-Other   Ontario, CA, Inland Empire Cities
West Coast/Northwest (CA, OR, WA, AK & HI)
Salary Range: 100,000 - 120,000
Total Compensation: 125,000 - 145,000
Job Description: • Originates and develops new client relationships - LOCAL MARKET ONLY • Maintains an existing loan portfolio. • Processes renewals, modifications and increases. • Follows existing loans to ensure complete compliance with terms of approval. • Manages delinquencies at an acceptable level. • Develops a network of loan referral sources. • Effectively represents the bank while calling on potential or existing customers to develop new business. • Interviews applicants and obtains sufficient information concerning their projects, needs, and desires to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk to the Bank. • Utilizes appropriate and timely communication to guide prospective customers through the loan application process. Answers customer inquiries and resolves routine problems. • Initiates the promotion of other Bank products and services to strengthen client relationships. • Ensures that maximum profitability and productivity are achieved without impairing the quality of loans or the level of customer service. • Participates in the preparation of credit applications, and works closely with credit administrators, credit analysts, and other support personnel to assure a high level of quality in each credit application presented for approval. • Maintains alignment with the division’s commercial loan objectives, and adheres to the Bank’s policies and practices. • Obtains credit information and ensures sufficient loan collateral. • Makes recommendations for approval based on reliable information and thorough analysis, and provides support during presentations to decision makers.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 7-10 years of commercial lending experience in the Inland Empire. Demonstrated recent and historical new business development track record. Direct knowledge of credit and non-credit bank services and products. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work within a high production work environment within tight time frames. Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
