| Job Description: |
Areas of responsibility and direct reports include: the controller function, financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, SEC compliance, financial planning, and treasury management. Maintaining an effective control environment necessary to fulfill the duties of this position and to assure accurate financial reporting for the company is a key component of this position. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Successful candidate must possess CPA certification. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of bank accounting experience, with at least five as a Controller and 5 years CFO experience with a minimum $3 billion asset size bank, are needed to be considered for this executive position. SEC reporting experience a must. |
