| Job Description: |
Overview: Primary responsibilities include risk management & insurance, investment management, international treasury and corporate finance. The successful candidate will have project management responsibilities for an ongoing global banking project including bank selection and implementation. In addition, the ideal candidate will assist with various treasury operations including foreign exchange trading, domestic & international liquidity management, and other ad hoc key initiatives. Responsibilities: Risk Management: • Instrumental business partner in protecting the Company’s assets and reducing potential liabilities • Manage all aspects of the insurance renewal process • Establish and execute efficient insurance risk management operations Investment Management: • Stay abreast of the market and continually identify alternative investment opportunities compatible with the Company’s investment policy and guidelines • Periodically, review existing policy, recommend appropriate changes • Portfolio analysis and periodic reporting for management and the Board International Treasury: • Identify and recommend optimal subsidiary financing strategies for the key subsidiaries • Determine amount and nature of restricted cash, best alternatives for use and/or investments within policy guidelines • Lead or assist treasury efforts in support of new entity formations Corporate Finance: • Based on the Company’s strategic long term plan identify structural cash needs or excesses • Formulate optimal capital structure plan and recommend actions • Assist in execution of plans, as required |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BA/BS in finance, business, economics or accounting; MBA / MS Finance, a plus • 7-12 years of a combination of treasury, risk management and finance experience, including at least 3-5 years in multinational corporations • Demonstrated ability to extract work product from multiple hierarchical levels, across the globe, inside and outside the Company • Excellent professional communication skills (oral, written, presentation) • Ability to think and act practically at strategic and tactical levels • Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Advanced PC & internet skills; functional knowledge of Oracle, a plus |
