| Job Description: |
Member of senior management team with credit approval authority. Manage all aspects of portfolio administration department, including client communication, funding approvals and on-site client visits to ensure client satisfaction and exceed client retention goals Effectively manage staff resources Perform employee evaluations and participate in recruiting for portfolio administration team |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
3+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management in a commercial finance setting. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
10+ years of factoring or asset based lending experience. Extensive background in account management Experience in handling collections and recovery activities; coordinate liquidation of assets including A/R, inventory and equipment; experience dealing with appraisers and auction sales Extensive experience on workout transactions |
