| Job Description: |
The CFO is responsible for financial planning and recordkeeping, as well as financial reporting to management; also responsible for Asset/liability management including the related functions of funds pricing, investments, and borrowing. Position will research, analyze, and recommends in regards to revenue enhancement, cost reductions, etc. and interface with public fund customers. Position will oversee reconcilements, accounts payable, regulatory reporting, fixed assets accounting, insurance, taxes, etc. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7 years of experience with Finance and Accounting. CPA 3+ years in a key management role |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
10 years of finance and accounting experience within a financial institution. 5 years experience in a key management role CPA |
