| Job Description: |
Agricultural lending experience and production lending experience is a must, as well as a thorough knowledge of the agricultural lending environment in the State of South Dakota and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in ag-related study, Business Administration or Marketing. Banking experience including real estate lending and/or banking relationship management. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
2-4 years of ag lending and commercial real estate lending experience in the states South Dakota or Nebraska |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in ag-related study, Business Administration or Marketing. Banking experience including real estate lending and/or banking relationship management. Sales experience (at least 2 years) is helpful but not required. Computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel required. Must possess good human relations, communication skills and ability to exercise good judgment and work as a team member. Must be able to work well under time constraints. Must be organized, detail-oriented and have a strong desire to succeed. Must have knowledge of real estate, diversified production agricultural and livestock enterprises. Experience in loan documentation including the perfection of liens and mortgages on real estate, crops, inventory, machinery and real property is helpful. |
