| Job Description: |
• Maintain & close Lawson General Ledger monthly for various retail divisions • Monthly income statements and balance sheets • Prepare monthly detail reconciliations and account analysis, including payroll, intercompany accounts, prepaid assets, accounts receivable, cash, accruals, etc. • Accumulate and review the monthly financial results and prepare variance analysis as appropriate • Design and implement process improvements • Maintain and review documented procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements • Assist in the accumulation and preparation of the monthly reporting package which contains information required for various audits and external filings |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• 3-5 years experience with a “Big 4” Public Accounting firm • BS in Accounting • CPA or working toward CPA |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Proficiency in Excel and other applications • Experience with Hyperion and Lawson General Ledger a plus • Retail experience a plus (but not required) |
