| Job Description: |
• Implement comprehensive set of collateral management policies for wide variety of securitization asset classes to ensure best practices • Institute procedures for implementing and monitoring collateral management policies • Establish audit, agreed-upon-procedures, due diligence policies. • Develop audit scope for new and existing clients. • Engage external audit teams to audit all transactions on periodic and timely basis. • Review due diligence and audit findings to highlight weaknesses. • Lead resolution of findings and corrective actions. • Coordinate with large team of portfolio managers, structuring and execution professionals, support staff, external and internal audit functions and senior management to ensure all policies and procedures are executed in timely manner. • Primarily in charge of engaging third party custodians, collateral managers, auditors, trustees and back-up servicers. • Conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring of third party service providers to ensure adherence to agreed standards. • Interface regularly with senior management to report all findings and make recommendations for required changes. • Coordinate required departmental policy initiatives with senior management and other areas of bank. • Manage deal database of findings, follow-ups and recommendations. • Make recommendations for minimum reporting and deal document standards. • Manage approved deal counsel list for various asset classes. • Keep up to date with industry standards for fraud management. Make recommendations to minimize fraud. • Member of team of up to 5 professionals. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Audit background with strong grounding in risk management, collateral management, accounting, audit and / or legal. • Solid experience in structured credit / securitization. • Minimum 5 to 15 years experience. • Good knowledge and understanding of key securitization asset classes i.e. autos, equipment, credit cards, aircraft, trade receivables, student loans, esoteric, film, etc. • Technical skills to include accounting, audit, legal and structuring. |
