10501 Lead Regional Generalist, Human Resources Job

Location: NJ-Princeton  
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: 110,000 - 150,000
Total Compensation: 110,000 - 150,000
Job Description: General responsibilities of this role include: Leading a team of 10 generalists to ensure the continuous improvement of unit manager capability and talent. Ensuring the execution of the company's culture shaping initiatives and compelling offer plans. Consultation and Delivery of the HR strategy. Successfully driving HR process and programs to the business unit level. Ensuring consistent handling of employee relations issues that arise. Interpreting policies and resolving issues within the company and local legislative frameworks.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Education/Qualifications: To be considered, your background should exhibit: Extensive broad-based, corporate HR experience in an organization of 10,000+ employees. Proven management experience, particularly managing managers in a virtual environment. Well rounded experience in a generalist role within the region, including knowledge of state and local laws. Experience working within an HR rotational program or a Center of Excellence environment is highly desirable. Must be an influential Project Manager and people leader. Excellent client service focus demonstrating change management and culture shaping. BS/BA in Human Resources or a related field is required; Masters degree preferred. Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology is preferred. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
