Job Description:

Be responsible for reviewing complex commercial loans to ensure acceptable credit standards and risks have been evaluated. Partner with SVP and VP lenders to support identification of borrower; the assessment of any structural and collateral weaknesses; and the review of supporting legal documentation, environmental reports, valuations, appraisals, and lending regulation compliance; and the structuring of lending terms and financing (i.e. cash flow analysis, discount rates, lease analysis, taxes). Review financial statements, credit reports and perform spreads and a summative write-up and presentation of your findings. Be exposed to Senior Credit Management.

Bachelor's, None, None

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:

: BS/BA wanted; MBA a plus. Seek 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience. Must be coming directly from a bank. Must have a strong understanding and analysis skills. Looking for a promotable contributor with impressive oral and written communication skills who can prioritize and organize projects. Must be able to work independently and in team settings.

Benefits:

$50,000 to $55,000 depending on experience to start, plus great benefits.
