| Job Description: |
Seeking a seasoned transfer pricing professional to establish, monitor and document intercompany pricing policies for all related party transactions, including tangible goods, intellectual property, services, financing arrangements, etc. Provide support for Advanced Pricing Agreement (APA) process; review of non-US transfer pricing reports; consult with Business Units on transfer pricing; IRS and foreign transfer pricing audit support. • Prepare transfer pricing reports; review and analyze financial statements; research transfer pricing matters. • Develop and implement tax efficient transfer pricing structures. • Advise Business Units on transfer pricing implications of proposed transactions. • Defend transfer pricing in IRS and foreign tax audits. • Create and maintain database of transfer pricing information. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance • At least 5 years of transfer pricing experience with an accounting firm or transfer pricing consulting firm • At least 5 years international transfer pricing experience |
