10551 Internal Sales – Business Development Consultant Job

Location: CA-Los Angeles  
West Coast/Northwest (CA, OR, WA, AK & HI)
Salary Range: 50,000 - 65,000
Total Compensation: 60,000 - 75,000
Job Description: This firm is looking for an Internal Sales – Business Development Consultant to assist in the sale of the firm’s Alternative Investments. Responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to): · Prospecting advisors for Alternative Investment sales · Provide sales support for External Sales reps, scheduling appointments, delivering sales literature and materials · Drive attendance for webinars, seminars, conferences, and due diligence meetings · Information & education of the firm’s products & services
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, None, FINRA Registered Rep - Series 7 - Stock Broker|NASAA State Registration / Investment Advisor - Series 63
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate must have the following preferred requirements: · Must have existing relationships with financial advisors within broker dealers and RIA’s · Minimum 2-3 years of internal wholesaling experience · FINRA Series 7,63 licenses · A thorough understanding of Alternative Investments (Private Equity, Oil & Gas, REITS) and other investment products. · Detail oriented, pro-active go-getter attitude. · Motivate and move advisors toward sales The key deliverables we seek from this position are: 1) Minimum 25-30 appointments a week 2) Achieve Sales Targets 3) Fulfill external sales support needs Candidates living in or commutable to the Irvine, CA metro area are preferred. No relocation assistance will be provided.
