| Job Description: |
Strong background in business process work. Business and Finance background. Mortgage Industry and Servicing background preferred but not required. Strong Six Sigma or Business Process management skills required. Working knowledge of Capability Maturity Models and framework development or design required. Business Architecture concepts required. Experience in business process re-engineering. Business and technical skills with the ability to plan and analyze complex business processes and associated data and systems evaluation. Good understanding of Data Management and Enterprise Architecture principles. Ability to synthesize complex business topics and condense into easy to understand summaries. Excellent writing skills with the ability to develop procedures and policies based upon existing artifacts, business processes, and strategy. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
§ Business Process Management and Architecture discipline § Extensive process and performance improvement experience § Technical competency in Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, DFSS § Advanced statistical techniques and business application § Internal Controls Assessment knowledge § Risk management with good understanding of Operational Risk constructs § Experience with SDLC methodologies § Experience with CMM frameworks § Excellent Communication and Writing skills |
