| Job Description: |
The qualified candidate will have a passion for widening and deepening B2B client relationships in the "mid-tier" client segments. This person will be responsible for developing the metrics & measures, informing the strategic direction, developing and executing the tactical aspects, hiring/training/developing/managing a high-performing sales & service team, all with the aim of delivering MEANINGFUL & MEASURABLE profitable revenue growth. Areas of Responsibility: 1) Budget & forecast development and management 2) Personnel development & management 3) Strategy & tactic development 4) Creation and monitoring of meaningful leading success indicators 5) Building strong cross function relations with key staff and management 6) Participating and/or leading key strategic growth initiatives |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requirements: · 4 year degree from a reputable institution, advanced degree is preferred · 5+ years at the strategic/management level · 7-10 years professional experience · demonstrable track record of success · attitude/mindset of "game changer", not "clock puncher" Location is confidential.
