| Job Description: |
Serve as right hand contributor to the Controller and Financial Reporting leader. Support the research needs of technical accounting issues and implement ensuring compliance with company and GAAP guidelines supported with white papers. Significant involvement in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes as you oversee monthly SAP closing activities. Review off-site entity balance sheet and income statements and provide analysis. Analyze actual to budget variances on the P & L and balance sheet. Perform financial statement analysis and other key financial reviews. Prepare corporate management report package and present results to senior management. Support internal control initiatives and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements as well as external and internal audit activities. Interface with all levels of management and learn the business. The last person I place in this role has since been promoted 3 times. Endless opportunity for growth and challenge!! Various ad hoc projects and research to support acquisitions. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS and CPA; MBA a plus. Big 4 training ideal 5+ years. Proficiency with GAAP accounting, SOX, IRFS, ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Cognos), Excel and PowerPoint. History of process improvements of accounting practices is sought. Strong preference for Supervising Senior. Manager, Sr. Manager from Big 4 or promotable candidate from a $300 million to $5 billion business with international operations. Must possess outstanding analytical abilities to drive fact-based decision-making and implement change. |
