. Supervises commercial bankers, directing/overseeing new business efforts, loan growth, deposit and non-deposit acquisitions and ongoing loan portfolio management effort Prepares/reviews documentation, analyzes financial statements, conducts credit analyses to determine level of risk and recommendations for approval |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Experience: At least ten years of commercial banking experience. Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:thorough knowledge of commercial lending policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance issues. Considerable knowledge of banking operations, products, and services, as well as the business environment and economic trends in the areas served by the Bank. Computer literacy with good understanding of loan-related software. Facility with figures and an analytical mind with the ability to make accurate evaluations and sound lending recommendations. A thorough understanding of financial statements and credit analyses. Articulate, tactful, and discreet in representing Bank to the public and to existing and prospective customers. Skill in negotiating loan terms and conditions. Articulate in reading and writing skills. |
