| Job Description: |
Growing technology company seeks a Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the financial statements; overseeing various accounting teams, preparing tax filings, and being responsible for treasury duties, among other things. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
CPA, public company controller level experience, corporate controller of at least $500 million in revenue, SOX experience, process improvement experience, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field, strong MS Office Suite skills, especially in Excel strong US GAAP knowledge |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Revenue recognition and prior software industry experience |
