| Job Description: |
Position will assist in managing the organization’s compliance management program that oversees and ensures compliance with appropriate federal and state laws and the implementation of such laws and regulations. Plans, develops, oversees, and conducts compliance monitoring and assurance reviews, coordinates regulatory and independent compliance audits, provides compliance guidance to management and staff, stays abreast of new and revised regulations, and maintain resources for company–wide compliance training. Bachelor's, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
minimum of 3 years’ supervisory/leadership experience; working knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations and complex database systems; computer skills must include proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows and network environments; must be able to identify and define problems and conduct research and analyze information and various situations relating to data management issues;minimum of 5 years’ experience as a bank compliance professional with extensive working experience in banking and regulatory compliance; must be able to recommend alternatives or solutions; inspiring and energizing verbal and written communication skills to include presentation skills; must be flexible and able to work on multiple projects that may require restructuring due to shifting demands or unforeseen events and changing priorities. |
