| Job Description: |
The AVP/VP of Treasury Audit reports to the Director of Treasury Audit team and SVPs of Internal Audit. The successful candidate will be expected to: o Participate in all aspects of audit activities including risk assessment, audit planning, and audit testing, control evaluation, reporting drafting and follow up and verification of issues closure. o In-charge the Treasury audits covering market risks, liquidity, ALM, securitization and Treasury Front Office and Back office, Enterprise Risk Management areas o Prioritize, assign, delegate, review audit work performed by audit team members to ensure that audit work and reports are of the highest quality when presenting issues and written reports to management and ensure audits are performed in accordance with Internal Audit Standards and departmental procedures. o Develop and maintain business relationship with the Treasury Department o Supervise and coach audit staff and provide meaningful feedback |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Finance, MBA preferred, excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the areas of treasury (with significant exposure to the regulated banking industry), financial auditing, and/or internal auditing. Prior audit experience and experience leading audit teams required. Professional certification (CPA, CIA, etc.) is a plus. Approximately 20% domestic and international travel is required. |
