Seeking someone to head up Credit Dept here in the Chicago area. Managing Analysts; organizing, coordinating, and prioritizing workloads; reviewing underwriting memos, and doing some underwriting as well. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must have SBA credit experience. Management experience a plus, but would consider a Sr. Credit Analyst that has at least 8 years of underwriting SBA/Commercial and Conventional loans. |
