| Job Description: |
We are seeking an individual with sales and use tax experience from a larger regional or national/international tax firm to lead a team of business development and tax specialists and provide tax expertise across its client base. This position will be given an established portfolio of clients but is also expected to meet the firm's client development expectations. The Practice Manager will generally be the business development person and may also lead delivery on client assignments. Assumes responsibility for supervising engagements and special assignments. Expected to participate in administrative planning, particularly in continuing education and personnel development. Assist staff with practice development and practice management. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7 plus years of Business Development experience is required within a professional services firm. CPA. MST, or LLM highly preferred. 7 plus years of Sales and Use Tax Successful managerial experience for a team of 5 to ten direct reports |
