Do you enjoy helping organizations through change? Do you like the excitement created by changing situations? Our client is a large financial institution who is adding experienced Special Assets and Loan Workout professionals to help their clients through these changing financial times. Responsibilities: · Accountable for the management, workout and collection of a complex loan portfolio · Administer sale or recovery of bank assets · Negotiate reasonable debt repayment agreements and ensure timely collection of past due debts · Coordinate with bank's counsel to initiate legal action when necessary |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requirements: · Extensive banking experience with heavy emphasis on loan workout · Demonstrated success working through complex loan portfolios · Superior professionalism with ability to present workout information to executive management · Excellent communication skills Position will be located in the greater Omaha area. Excellent compensation package will be offered. |
