| Job Description: |
Directs the activities of the credit division. Responsible for loan approval process, credit policies and procedures, security documentation, credits information and risk management. Also responsible for compliance with credit policies and procedures, credit delivery systems, loan accounting, reporting related to credit activities, portfolio performance and compliance with regulations and law applicable to credit delivery. Has considerable unreviewed latitude for decision making in the implementation of goals. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience and ten (10) or more years of experience in credit related activity including five (5) years of supervisory and management experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Agricultural credit experience a must. |
