| Job Description: |
Senior Financial Reporting Accountant Our client is looking for a candidates with solid Reporting and Consolidations experience. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: - Perform Month-End and Year-End Reporting procedures for both US and foreign subsidiaries - Prepare analysis for management with regard to any substantial changes over prior period - Investigate any errors or substantial variances with the General Ledger accounts - Ensure systems are rolling-up correctly for consolidation purposes - investigate and correct any mapping or logic deficiencies - Work closely with external auditors |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience |
