| Job Description: |
In a market where everyone is being cautious, you are encouraged to lend and bring in new clients. Use your business knowledge, your strong credit skills and your networking expertise to help small and medium sized business expand via new construction or existing real estate. Manage and massage the entire lending process from business development and loan origination through structuring and close. Work a multi-town territory in Fairfield County and utilize your resources and contacts in the area to develop new business and break into new industries. You must have expertise in Commercial Real Estate lending to qualify. |

Looking for candidates with ties to Fairfield County. Having contacts in the area and formal credit training is required. Experience with appraisals preferred. Candidate must have high energy, competitive drive and a strong need to succeed. Will consider candidates with 5+ years experience. |
