| Job Description: |
Provide assistance to customers regarding the firm guidelines and servicing requirements in areas such as special loans, shipping and delivery, default, cash management, and investor reporting. Ensure that disclosures are accurate. Monitor incoming calls from customers. Respond to customer inquiries. Manage reporting, remitting, and reconciling activities. Analyze data, research issues and exceptions, and make appropriate changes. Build and improve internal and external customer relationships. Anticipate needs. Conduct on-site visits as needed. Provide training when necessary. Collect and analyze data regarding customer performance. Review processes and procedures for new and existing initiatives. Maintain and/or update current processes, policies, and procedures. Support technology group by testing system enhancements prior to release. | Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 0-2 years or equivalent experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Respond to all inbound/outbound email inquiries regarding any issues or problems related to the HMP Program. Loss mitigation experience and call center experience is a plus. Demonstrated skills in accuracy, attention to detail, service orientation, and proactive, professional and responsive demeanor. Must have a strong sense of urgency about identifying and solving problems, meeting challenging deadlines and achieving critical goal |
