| Job Description: |
Summary: This position will be responsible for bank exposure and bank administration for North America. In addition, this position will actively participate in projects including but not limited to, global treasury policies, global treasury platform implementation and business process efficiency reviews. Critical factors to success include: ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and manage projects, willingness/desire to learn and develop, and capability of building relationships. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain bank relationships that support North American and Global Treasury requirements. • Coordinate the process for evaluating bank pricing and service performance globally. • Manage Bank Administration for North American Treasury. • Develop, implement and execute global treasury policies. • Participate in the design and implementation of various Treasury-based initiatives in order to streamline, strengthen and enhance Treasury’s global footprint. • Work closely with Treasury Operations in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia to coordinate and ensure quality implementation of projects and initiatives. • Provide business requirement support for development of Treasury IT solutions. • Be the subject matter expert for Global Bank Exposure. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA or CTP preferred • 5-7 years management experience working in a global treasury environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong project management skills • Expert MS, MS Project, Excel and bank proprietary systems skills preferred • Experience with Quantum and PeopleSoft useful • Strong time management and organization skills |
