Salary Range: 80,000 - 95,000

Job Description: This position will work on the implementation of a large scale project at a large financial services company. Under the direction of a Team Lead / Manager, perform business analysis and support for the projects and day to day tasks that support the integration of small / medium sized Servicers for participation in a large scale national project. Develop strong working relationships with participating servicers and the cross functional project team(s) supporting the program. · Provide support to assigned group of servicers in policies, procedures, and reporting. · Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of entire program and additional programs. · Daily interaction with servicers and internal cross-functional teams · Support the preparation of key presentations and project collateral for communication and training purposes for internal and external stakeholders and customers. · Lead the Analysis of complex data and communicate observations suitable for management action. · Develop, maintain and analyze Servicer and loan level data to ensure optimal support of the program · Write /document policies and procedures supporting initial Servicer Integration and ongoing support working with internal and external stakeholders. Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: B.A. / B.S Business ·5-7 years of work experience in the areas of analysis, reporting, operations, project management, and information technology. ·Knowledge of the mortgage servicing industry and practices, the secondary mortgage market, and loan workout practices would be desirable. ·Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide daily support and training on complex processes to external parties. ·Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities. ·Successful candidate must be able to work independently and assume responsibility for major project deliverables with minimal supervision. ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project and Visio) ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to the position. ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complex
