| Job Description: |
The ideal candidate will be located in and /or actively engaged in C&I lending in the Baton Rouge market. Experience should include at least 8+ years as a business banker or commercial lender. This commercial lender will be responsible for facilitating, preparing, structuring and fulfilling a wide variety of commercial credit proposals. The lender will be engaged in business development for new C & I credit relationships as well as closing, and servicing new and existing business relationships. Additionally, the lender will originate new loans, deposits, and fee-based business for the bank. Individual is ultimately responsible for credit quality and proper loan structure and make recommendation to meet the credit needs of the client. Successful candidates must have at least of 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in lending in a bank environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, finance or economics |
