| Job Description: |
Responsibilities • Conducting an in depth analysis of the financials (Net Revenue and Balance Sheet) on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis • Reviewing the financial and ad hoc reports for quarterly meetings with board • Ensuring robust, all encompassing Legal Entity control frame work • Overseeing all daily p/l and balance sheet production and reporting • Developing, implementing and managing the Reg W reporting process and ensuring timely remediation of breaches working with Operations and the Business Unit Risk Management Team • Liaising with Bank Regulators (OCC and FED), Bank Senior Management, Internal and External Audit, Operations and Product Controllers on a regular basis as it relates to the Banks financials and regulatory requirements • Assisting with new product analyses as they relate to compliance with GAAP and Bank regulatory requirements |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualifications •8-15 years of relevant experience at a large bank or securities firm • Knowledge of regulatory / legal entity reporting and annual report preparation •Experience in product control or demonstrable expertise of financial products a plus. • CPA strongly preferred. • Proficiency with Excel |
