| Job Description: |
Small business to lower middle market experience needed which defined by this bank is companies to $30mm or $40mm in revenues. A full service RM role where you will do it all from A to Z. Concentration on C&I vs. CRE although they will not shy away from solid CRE deals. Still love owner occupied CRE but if INV PROP will need be an exceptionally attractive deal. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS, at least 5 years on the line. Credit skills. Knowledge of the N.VA/DC market. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Ideal candidate will be a senior lender who enjoys driving business to the bank. Prefer someone who is a real rainmaker in N.VA. 10 + years experience, formal credit training, small business to middle market experience. |
