| Job Description: |
The Senior Tax Manager will work closely with the Director of Tax (right-hand, possible succession role) who will be responsible to managing the income tax compliance function. You’ll coordinate with other tax professionals within the group (Tax Accounting, Local Tax, and Federal & State Tax) to assist with their tax functions while also identifying, analyzing and implementing tax reduction strategies and ensure the proper financial statement reporting and successful resolution of tax controversy matters. This is a vital position that will contribute to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth to the overall success of the organization. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: • Participation in reviewing and planning in the areas of federal, state, and local taxes • Performing research in all areas of corporate tax • Participation in M&A activities and the integration of newly acquired entities • Play a large role in the FAS 109 and FIN 48 processes and help to manage tax exposure risk |

Bachelor's, Certified Public Accountant, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Accounting degree and minimum of eight years of corporate tax experience • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, tax research software (preferably RIA), and experience with corporate tax preparation software and/or tax provision software • Master’s level tax courses, CPA certification, and large public accounting experience |
