Job Description: Directs all bank operations, including strategic planning, recommending and implementing programs and policies, once approved by the Board of Directors, and providing general administrative direction. Visionary leader who will take the bank into the future to achieve the best-in-class performance.

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE general management experience in all key areas of financial industry, including Lending, Credit Administration, Branch Administration, Marketing, Operations and Strategic Planning. possess an established track record of successful general management experience in a financial services; previous direct P&L management accountability of at least $1 billion assets essential.
Preferred Qualifications: QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Summary: A successful general management experience in all key areas of financial industry, including Lending, Credit Administration, Branch Administration, Marketing, Operations and Strategic Planning. A minimum of 20 years of experience in financial industry of which at least 5 years as the president or equivalent; Previous regional bank or community bank experience preferred. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 1. The fully qualified candidate will possess an established track record of successful general management experience in a financial services; previous direct P&L management accountability of at least $1 billion assets essential. 2. The fully qualified candidate will possess experience equivalent to a four-year college degree and a professional certificate or a graduate degree in MBA preferred. 3. A minimum of twenty years of experience in a financial services setting is required, along with a proven track record of success; previous commercial bank experience is preferred. 4. The individual selected will possess visionary leadership skills, will have previously led the growth of a financial institution, and can take the bank to the next growth level including M&A and IPO. 5. Solid interpersonal skills are necessary to gain the trust and respect of staff members, peers and external constituencies are needed. 6. He or she will be an effective communicator, detail-oriented; possess the ability to work in high-pressure situations and exhibit excellent customer service skills. 7. Community service and involvement is imperative. It is essential to have the ability to work effectively with people in a diverse environment that encompasses regular deadlines, where change is always possible is essential. 8. The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job. 9. Must have an in-depth understanding of and the ability to interpret regulatory and compliance matters affecting bank operations. 10. Strong proactive management, leadership, negotiation, communication, problem solving skills, information technology, and a marketing aptitude are required.
