| Job Description: |
Develops and retains private banking business; executing on a customer-centric approach, developing new client relationships from internal and external referrals, outside calling efforts and continuous networking with centers of influence. Manages client relationships; assuming the role of trusted advisor and primary contact and source for all financial products and services. Manages a medium sized portfolio, (typically $30 to $40 mm), Delivers timely, convenient, confidential and personalized service in the provision of commercial, consumer and mortgage loans, checking and savings accounts, wealth planning, wealth management and investment services and other company products and services as identified by the client's financial goals and needs. 70%: New Business Development and existing account cultivation (ie: cross-sell) . . . 30%: Representing the client's needs and interests to supporting product experts in Trust, Investment Analysis and Management and in Commercial banking + account admin. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors Degree; minimum 8 to 10 years experience in full service banking + at least 5 years experience in private banking; proven understanding of principles and practices in credit analysis; proven experience originating, process/pre-underwriting, closing and servicing personal loans, jumbo-mortgage loans and business or investment related commercial-type loans. Excellent analytical skills and proven selling effectiveness. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Formal credit training, time spent in credit analysis, CFP, FINRA-Series 7 & 63 and the capacity to successfully serve the banking and financial needs of high-net worth clientele are strongly preferred qualifications that an individual will “bring to the table”. |
