| Job Description: |
Responsible for pre and post judgment collection of deficiency and guarantor related actions related to commercial real estate, commercial, residential and private banking loans. Will organize, review, monitor and report on judgments held by the bank, and assist with pre-judgment remedies and establishment of deficiency judgments. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Licensed attorney in the state of Arizona, with a minimum of 10 years experience in a commercial litigation firm specializing in creditor rights and remedies, including motions, complaints, fraudulent transfers and post judgment collection actions. |
