| Job Description: |
Responsibilities: • Review and analysis of transfer pricing documentation from international affiliates. Maintenance of SOX control procedures regarding transfer pricing. • Tax Compliance: Preparation/review (depending on complexity) of form 1120 for domestic affiliates and form 5471/8858 for our international affiliates. This would include all phases of the of the compliance process inclusive of continuous process improvement of data gathering, return support preparation, utilization of tax technology and quality output. • Tax Accounting (FAS 109 and FIN48 Compliance): Provide assistance with domestic and international income tax provision preparation, including effective tax rate analysis, assessment of deferred tax assets and liabilities and review of US GAAP accruals and reserves. Work with international affiliates to review and analyze international tax positions and risks. • Tax Research: Perform domestic and international tax research, as needed and directed on a project basis. • Tax Defense: Provide assistance and support for tax audit work. Assist with the development of audit defense strategies. • Tax Planning: Provide support and assistance with corporate restructurings and various tax planning initiatives, inclusive of review and maintenance on the company's transfer pricing policies. |

QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • CPA or progress toward • 3-6 years of tax compliance and reporting experience with a large multi-national corporation or large public accounting firm • Must have strong analytical, documentation and research skills with a high degree of intellectual curiosity • Must be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced team environment |
