| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and completion of formal credit training program 7+ years lending and credit experience; Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Construction, Consumer. Exceptionally strong ability to analyze all types of Commercial/Commercial Real Estate credits. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Bank operations knowledge a plus. Experience managing employees a plus. |
