| Job Description: |
Working with area Market Presidents,this Treasury Sales Officer will market Treasury Management products and services to both prospective and current commercial bank customers matching products and services to customer needs, which includes the development of leads/referrals for other business units of the bank (lending, investments, insurance, etc.); acts as liaison between customers and operations departments of the Bank to support product implementation and resolve service issues; manages customer relationships to ensure needs are addressed; executes a sales plan to reach individual sales and call goals. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Minimum of three (3) years experience in a cash management product sales position or equivalent related financial service sales experience of at least five (5) years. Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) preferred. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
• Thorough knowledge of banking and treasury management products and services; able to understand and deal with all phases of client onboarding (sales, training, implementation, etc.) • Thorough knowledge of bank operations and associated risks (i.e. ACH, EFT, Remote capture, lockbox, etc.) • Proven sales skills within the financial services industry • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude and goal-oriented • Strong organizational skills to include effective time management |
