| Job Description: |
Effectively manage and grow a portfolio of AFFLUENT HEALTHCARE client relationships. Provide outstanding leadership in revenue and sales production (Loans and Deposits of $100K to $200M). Provide quality service to HEALTHCARE clients. Maintain and grow a portfolio of HEATHCARE clients which generate revenues and a profit to the Bank. Build and maintain book of business by: Helping HEATHCARE clients define their financial goals and objectives. Analyzing HEATHCARE client’s current financial resources and financial position. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, Certified/Chartered Financial Analyst|Certified/Chartered Financial Planner, FINRA Registered Rep - Series 7 - Stock Broker|NASAA State Registration / Investment Advisor - Series 63 |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
MUST have experience working with AFFLUENT HEALTHCARE clients!! Working knowledge of wealth management business; comprehensive knowledge of the benefits and features of all banking products and services; good awareness of changing financial markets and the overall economic environment; financial interviewing skills; analytical skills; sales/presentations skills; negotiation skills; leadership/managerial skills (for team partners); able to work effectively in team environment. Excellent team player. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 5 + years experience in commercial lending, trusts, and investments. Must have formal credit training Must have Series 7, 63 and 65 Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills A thorough working knowledge of trusts, investments and taxes |
