| Job Description: |
Overall responsibility for the success and development of the bank's cash management and deposit related products and services. Responsible for the development and sale of all cash management and depository related products and services. Heavy sales and new business development. Strong ability to gather organic deposits. Working with the department head will develop sales strategies to aggressively increase the sale and use of cash management and deposit products and services. Coordinate sales efforts with RM's, LO's and BDOs in order to acquire new business and strengthen existing client relationships. Develop marketing and promotional materials to effectively capture target market. Take lead role in attending local and national networking conferences. |

Bachelor's, Certified Treasury Professional, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors degree. 2 years experience, working knowledge of retail banking, strong knowledge of cash management. Must be able to work independently and coordinate effectively in a team environment. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
National accounts experience or national sales campaign experience or some type of specialization. For example, niche experience dealing with Not For Profits, Governments, Healthcare institutions, Cooperatives, etc... 5 + years experience in cash management sales with a proven track record. Someone exceptionally talented in creating value when working with clients in differentiating the bank and its service. ie. the ability to put a unique spin on the sale and service to land the deal. |
